About the event
About This Workshop
Improv for Advocacy and Confidence (IFAC) uses comedy and improvisation exercises to help people living with chronic illness practice self-advocacy, build communication confidence, and reclaim their voice in healthcare, work, and everyday life.
This workshop is designed to be cumulative and build over the course of 11 months, every 2nd Saturday. Though we hope for you to attend each event, we understand life be life'n, therefore whenever you are able to attend, you will be welcomed all the same...no shame...no catch-up, just joining in the JOY.
Our games are intuitive and easy to follow and understand. You will fit in just fine even if you miss a couple Saturdays.
