About This Workshop
Improv for Advocacy and Confidence (IFAC) uses comedy and improvisation exercises to help people living with chronic illness practice self-advocacy, build communication confidence, and reclaim their voice in healthcare, work, and everyday life.
Workshop Schedule (2.5 Hours)
Welcome & Grounding (15 min) — Set psychological safety, expectations, and community agreements
Warm-Up & Play (20 min) — One-Word Story + Yes, And Circle to reduce anxiety and build group comfort
Power & Presence (25 min) — Status Switch + Say It Again exercises to build confidence and communication awareness
